Acceptable Use Policy

Intelous customers agree to adhere to the Intelous EUTC and our Privacy Policies. They also agree that this AUP governs our service’s use in respect of permission and acceptable usage.

All messages must be compliant with the laws and regulations in effect where Intelous or you operate, or the recipient.

These practices are prohibited from our service. They would be a violation to this policy.

• Failure to provide an opt-out method in commercial messages or failure to comply within three days of a request from a recipient will result in not being contacted
• Failure to include your valid postal address or a hyperlink to it
• Unacceptable bounce rates are a result of sending emails.
• To hide bounces from Intelous activity.
• Unacceptable spam complaints can be caused by sending email.
• Intention to hide the subject or origin of any message, falsifying or manipulating its originating email address, subject, headers or the transmission path
• Transmission of any material that contains trojan horses, viruses, worms, or any other malicious, dangerous, or deleterious software or program
• Use the Intelous Services to send unsolicited, harassing messages (commercial and not). This includes unsolicited or unwanted calls SMS, text messages, voice mails, faxes, and unsolicited phone calls SMS.

Intelous will decide if this Policy is followed at its own discretion.
